1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to mbi96. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbi96 ("Company", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the platform, services, mobile applications, and all content provided by mbi96.

3Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at mbi96. Owning multiple accounts is a serious terms violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and contact details. All information provided must be consistent with your official identification documents.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported an account compromise to our customer support.
• Please notify mbi96 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity in your account.
• MBI96 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence.

MBI96 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as an ID card, passport, or proof of address at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.

4Deposit and Payments

MBI96 supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods, including local bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposit transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption technology to safeguard your financial data.

• All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be unilaterally reversed.

5Fund Withdrawal

MBI96 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with the wagering requirements associated with any bonuses received.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the member's name.
• MBI96 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and the account's KYC verification status.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated on the Withdrawal platform.
• MBI96 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.

If there is a discrepancy between the bank account name and the member's profile information, mbi96 reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal until the identity verification process is completed.

6Bonuses and Promotions

MBI96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member who has not previously received a bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

• Bets placed during network disruptions or system failures may be voided and funds returned at mbi96's discretion.

For Live Casino games, additional rules set by dealers and game providers also apply. Members are required to conduct themselves respectfully during live game sessions and to follow dealer instructions at all times.

8Member Conduct and Responsibilities

MBI96 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, every member is required to uphold the following standards of conduct at all times:

9Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the MBI96 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

MBI96 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation or suspicion that a member is under 18 years of age.
• False, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats against the platform.
• Owning multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Upon account closure due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach committed. mbi96's decision in this matter is final.

10Liability Limit and Disclaimer

The mbi96 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. mbi96 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or completely secure at all times.

• Mbi96 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Mbi96 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In cases where MBI96 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Members use the platform entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with applicable local laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from MBI96.
• MBI96's logos, brand names, and trademarks may not be used in any manner that could mislead the public or create the impression of an unofficial association with MBI96.
• Links to the mbi96 platform are permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only and must not be used in any manner that could damage the reputation of mbi96.

Any violation of mbi96's intellectual property rights will be taken seriously, and mbi96 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action including seeking injunctions and compensation.

12Terms Amendment and Governing Law

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to your registered address. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a competent court.
